Bio

Cassie is a Resolute Fitness coach and transformation specialist. She has a B.S. in Kinesiology, is ACSM C-PT certified, and has been a personal trainer for three years.

Growing up in Southern California, she played volleyball and ran track. Now, her favorite types of workouts are strength training, HIIT and yoga. The workouts that she designs for her clients are customized and based off the most current research. She works hard to tailor her routines to her clients’ individual goals and current fitness levels.

What Cassie loves most about her job is helping her clients reach goals that they didn’t think were possible. Because many people try to adopt a healthy lifestyle and don’t always see long-term success, she loves showing her clients that their fitness journey can be enjoyable, maintainable, and offer them long-lasting results.
