Bio

Cassie is a Resolute Fitness Coach & Transformation Specialist! She has a B.S. in Kinesiology, is ACSM C-PT certified, and has been a personal trainer for over 3 years.

Growing up in Southern California, she played volleyball & also ran track for 5 years. Now, her favorite type of workouts for herself are: strength training, HIIT, and yoga. The workouts that she designs for her clients are all unique and based off the most current research and she works hard to tailor to their individual goals and current fitness levels.

What Cassie loves most about her job is helping her clients reach goals that they didn’t think were possible. Because many people try to adopt a healthy lifestyle and don’t always see long term success, she loves showing her clients that their fitness journey can be
enjoyable, maintainable, and offer them long lasting results!
