Bio

As a personal trainer, I work one-on-one with clients programming specific workouts that fit their level and goals. I hold consults and design team workouts that focus on different heart-rate zones to cover all bases of metabolic training along while progressing strength abilities.

As a group fitness instructor, I currently teach Cardio Resistance Training, Foundations Strength, EnBarre, and Barbell Strength Formats at two club locations.
