Bio

As a Personal Trainer, I work one on one with clients programming specific workouts that fit their level and goals. I hold consults, design team workouts that focus on different heart rate zones to cover all bases of the classes metabolic training along with progressing their strength abilities.

As a group fitness instructor I currently teach “Cardio Resistance Training, Foundations Strength, EnBarre and Barbell Strength Formats” at two different club locations.
