"Oh yeah, the tournament. I’ll spare you the long details. In my first fight I did very well but near the end of the match I popped my rib out of place. The pain from that was excruciating, but I finished by choking my opponent out. I didn’t think I was going to compete any further due to the injury and severe pain. But I truly believe that due to our training and conditioning I was in such good shape (best of my life) that I was able to compete 5 MORE TIMES! I ended up losing in the gold medal round to a well rested and 17 year veteran of wrestling. That being said, the day’s event’s was more than I ever anticipated even if I would’ve been 100%. The final result; The tangible, a silver medal. The intangible - Respect, and admiration by my peers and the new found belief in myself and my ability to compete with best at the highest level… All thanks to your knowledge and training. Thanks so much brother! Next up… The world championships in June! Wanna train?"
